Let’s remove those outdated and incorrect mailing addresses as Jesse did. Use this letter and be sure to fill in all of the areas in Red with your information. Also, always include a copy of your driver’s license, social security card, and two recent utility bills that verifies your mailing address. It is not necessary to sign the letters and ALWAYS send them certified mail with a return receipt.
